Tai Chi has been known as 'the cream of Chinese culture'. Practitioners learn that the slow, flowing movements are merely the visible expression of this highly in-tune art form.  They discover it also offers an incredible journey of 'creative being', self-development, and refinement.  Tai Chi translates to 'Supreme Ultimate', in which we consciously endeavour to find balance and harmony within and without on all levels.

The beauty of Tai Chi is that it is safe and beneficial for people of all ages and fitness levels. It helps to build co-ordination, de-stress, assist with your circulation, digestion, breathing and develop mindfulness.
