Costs -
Nia - First class free.  $20 Casual. $18 Nia Australia Community members. $160 - 10 class pass.
T’ai Chi - First class free. $15 Casual. $120 - 10 class pass.

Notes -
Please wear comfortable clothing and remember to bring water bottle. If participating in the Nia class, please bring a yoga mat if you have one.

We usually enjoy a group lunch at the end of each term, in which all students are invited.

This is a beautifully invigorating Classic Nia class with at inspiring waterfront location - come and feel the energy!

These classes give you the chance to explore moving Your Body's Way, strengthens your body-mind-emotion-spirit connection and cultivates self-healing!   Each week we have a new focus, work with the 52 Moves of Nia and enhance our sensory IQ!  

No bookings required.  Please turn up 5 mins early for your first class.

Parking on foreshore free for City of Kingston residents with their pink parking permits.  Non-residents are charged $3.40 an hour, or can park for free on Nepean Highway.

Have you ever thought how wonderful it would be to join a group of friends for a revitalising morning class on the beach?  The sand tickling your toes as you 'cha-cha-cha', the sea air filling your lungs as you raise your arms to the open sky, and the glory of immersing yourself in the seaside beauty with your whole expressive body!  It’s quite delectable!

All fitness levels and ages are welcome.  Please bring a hat, water and beach towel/picnic blanket for cool-down stretches.
